Head Chef Phil Kerry and his team aim to source the majority of their ingredients from within a 30-mile radius of the hotel. However, being landlocked in Ludlow, our seafood and fish come from the Isle of Skye and Brixham.

We offer two different menus to choose from. Our three course A la Carte menu as well as our highly regarded Tasting Menu. 

Tasting Menus are to be enjoyed by the entire table.

Children are welcome to join the table when ordering from the same menu.

From 12:30pm, Wed - Sat
Alongside our a la Carte Menu and Tasting Menu we offer a local market lunch menu Wednesday to Saturday. Traditional Sunday Roast menu is available on Sundays.

Dinner

From 6.30pm, Wed - Sat
Regularly changing à la carte and Tasting Menu. Sunday Roast menu available on Sunday nights

from 6.30pm - 9pm.
