Here's some more information you might need for your wedding at Fishmore Hall
Marquees
For larger functions we have plenty of room for a marquee to be erected on the lawn at the side of the hotel. We can recommend marquee companies, and price will depend on size, time of year and availability. Alternatively you may wish to source your own company.
Entertainment
We have an entertainment license until 12 midnight. Extensions to the license are available and prices will depend on day of the week and length of the license requested.
Toast Master
Fishmore Hall is happy to offer this as a complimentary service.
Name Cards and Table Plans
These can be provided to suit your requirements. Please ask our wedding coordinator for costings.
Table decorations
These can be delivered to the hotel prior to the event and stored safely. If you wish to set up your own table decorations, access to the Restaurant will be available from 11.30am. Please advise us if you will be taking up this offer so that we can fully support your requirements,
Flowers
Flowers can be delivered prior to the event and stored in our cellar. Alternatively should your florist wish to set up on the day, access to the Restaurant is available from 11.30am. Please note storage of flowers is at your own risk.
Corkage
For couples wishing to supply their own wine and champagne the following corkage charges apply;
Wine £10 per bottle
Champagne £15 per bottle
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out wedding insurance.
