Fishmore Hall, situated deep in the Shropshire countryside, commands uninterrupted views over a fascinating landscape where the pastoral English lowlands meet the remote Welsh uplands. From many of our bedrooms you can see the dominating Brown Clee Hill and Titterstone Clee Hill, lush green woodland and undulating countryside.
Shropshire is dotted with historic market towns and quaint villages, the prettiest of all being Ludlow laid out in the valley beneath the hotel. Famous for its food festival, fascinating shops, celebrated restaurants and historic castle, Ludlow is the perfect starting point to discovering this unspoilt county.

How to find us
Fishmore and Ludlow are just 29 miles from Shrewsbury, 25 miles from Hereford and 32 miles from Worcester. The M5 is 32 miles away and Birmingham airport 55 miles.
From the North and north west: follow the A49 from Shrewsbury. Take the turn to Ludlow and Bridgnorth. Head towards Ludlow town centre and take the first left hand turn towards Bridgnorth, and at the next roundabout turn left onto Fishmore Road. The hotel is half a mile up that road on your right, after the golf course.
From Birmingham and the M5: leave at junction 3 and head west on the A456 through Kidderminster. Follow the A4117 towards Cleobury Mortimer and at the large roundabout at Rocks Green go straight ahead and take the very first right hand turning down Weyman Road. Follow this road down the hill to the end and at the T-Junction turn right. This is Fishmore Road and we are ¼ mile on the right hand side.
From the south: follow the A49 from Leominster or take junction 5 off the M5 and follow the A38 for several miles until you reach the A49. At the t-junction turn right towards Ludlow and Shrewsbury. As you approach Ludlow, go straight ahead at the first Roundabout on the A49 and then turn left at the second round about. Take the very first right hand turning down Weyman Road. Follow this road down the hill to the end and at the T-Junction turn right. This is Fishmore Road and we are ¼ mile on the right hand side.
