Short Cooking Demo With Chef
We have put together a short kitchen "shift" with David where you can get a few hints and tips to help you with your own home cooking. Spend two hours with David putting togther the "finishing" touches to your favourite dish, learn how to make your own petit fours, perfect the crust on your bread or sear those scallops to perfection . For the more adventurous, perhaps you will want to spend the time doing a little in-house butchery? David will sit and discuss your prefences and your dislikes before the demonstration then take you into the hotel kitchen to share his favourite tips.
£75 includes 2 hours for 2 people with David and all ingredients.
Shop and Cook With Chef
Dates: Any – subject to availability
Length of stay: 1 night

Accommodation: based on two people sharing a double or twin room
Rate: £199 per person
Itinerary:
10am to 12pm - Shopping with chef - a tour of the local cheese shop, Ludlow Food Centre and a few other of our local suppliers’ stores.12pm to 1pm - Explore Ludlow – try out the local beer in the Church Inn or wander around the delis and independently run shops
1pm - Return for light lunch at the hotel
2pm to 5pm - Cooking with the chef . For the brave, some plucking outdoors, butchery, bake some cheese crackers, prepare some canapés and use the other ingredients purchased through the morning to create your evening meal
